Austrin Gearbox Specialist, formally Austrin Engineering, have been the go-to specialists for all things Gearbox since the 1970’s in Newcastle upon Tyne and the surrounding areas.

We carry out repairs for the North East Ambulance Service, Northumbria Police and Newcastle City Council, not forgetting many main dealers and independent garages too.

We have a very well equipped site with 9 lifts and a purpose built transmission build shop and we constantly invest in tools and training to help make the job easier so we can become more efficient.
